You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment without incurring a late cancellation or no-show fee. Please call us to cancel your appointment.

If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your appointment.

No Show Policy

The no-show fee is 100% the price of your appointment.

Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged the full price of your appointment.
