We wanted to personally share how your appointment time is honored at IRIYA.
When you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved just for you — intentionally, thoughtfully, and with care. As the founders of IRIYA, we’ve chosen to structure our schedule this way so your provider can be fully present, prepared, and focused on delivering meaningful, consistent results.
Protecting that level of care requires clarity around how appointment time is held, which is why we’ve outlined our policy below.
If you need to adjust your appointment, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice.
When you give at least 48 hours’ notice, no fee applies, and we’re often able to offer that time to another client who’s waiting.

To ensure every change is handled with care, all appointment adjustments must be made by calling our Client Concierge team at 610-904-3040.
We’ve intentionally disabled online cancellation and self-rescheduling so we can better support you, answer questions when needed, and offer openings to other clients whenever possible.
If a change is needed within 48 hours of your appointment, a $50 Late Change Fee applies.
This allows us to honor the time reserved exclusively for you and support the provider scheduled for your visit.
If you do not arrive for your appointment and we do not hear from you, a $100 No-Show Fee will be charged to the card on file.
Missed appointments directly impact our providers and limit availability for other clients who are waiting to be seen.

Your card is never charged in advance and is only used if a late change or no-show occurs within the policy window.
